I also experience nasal passage inflammation. Mine was so bad whenever I inspired air my neck muscles tensed badly.

I am much better now but I was diagnosed with AFS/ABPA.

I used Colloidal Silver spray and experienced no benefits from it. I do use nasal irrigation with a waterpik and a Grossan tip. In the water i mix approx 30 drops of Grapefruit-Seed-Extract (grapefruit seed extract) and Sea Salt . I rotate this every week or so with a mixture of Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tablespoon) and water. If yoo end up trying this start the ACV at one half teaspoon or less and build up to a tablespoon.

You also need to purchase a "Relion" warm mist moisturizer. you can keep this by your bedside and breathe in steam and it helps VERY VERY much with reducing the inflammation. After your head takes in the steam 5 minutes or so you will feel the air going much deeper into your lungs.

There is much you need to do but start out with the things you need immediately and they are the nasal irrigtion and the warm mist moisturizer. If you can only afford one get a moisturizer. Mine cost 20 bucks at Wal mart. My waterpik was 38 from Eckerd. the Grossan tip is 17.
