Hi ladies, I'm new to this forum. I'm 47 and haven't experienced much of what I would think of as perimenopausal symptoms, however, just this week my emotions are all over the place. I'm really stressed out for no apparent reason. I'm just really irritable (sp?) and have gone off on my kids unnecessarily. Noise really bugs and sets me off. I've purchase St. Johns Wart tincture - what else - is this hormones?? My periods have been clotty and heavy the past few months - but still right on schedule.
