I really like to use the enema as a last resort! I just don't like the idea of skipping a day without a bowel movement during a fast. Can be dangerous! I did the epsom salts the first three days which I think pretty much cleared my system and colon. I started the LBB on day three and have taken eight per day since then. If I go more than a day or two without a bowel movement....then I may consider an enema. Better out than in! Enemas can save your butt when you need them though. Im In LOVE with my LBB and it's one product I can't live without during this time in my life.
