Ah yes I found the pics. in the Image Gallery new member area. You might want to put them in a folder for easy access and tracking.I was looking at them in the moreless forum previously.Looks like youve had some issues of mold on the edges and low germination and somewhat of a bad hair day with one of the flats.Grass has the hardest leaning curve in sproutng but it does keep things interesting.Seed milk is made from whole sprouted seeds and nuts.I first place 4ozs. of sesame seed in a easy sprouter equipped with the small seed insert. Then rinse for 30 seconds then fill the sprouter with plenty of water for soaking. Then let soak for 12hrs. then rinse again and tap dry and let sprout for 12hrs..Then I pour them out for drying for 12hrs. then there ready for consumption.I place 3 tablespoons of sprouted sesame seeds in 2cups of water in my vita prep 3 and blend for 20-30 seconds.I generally dont use a nut milk bag to remove the fiber which is an option to make the milk more smooth.I do have pics. of making grass juice with a blender in the Image Gallery in the photos section under grassmans sprouts but none of making seed milk. When you say your looking into sunflower seed would that be hulled or unhulled seeds?Rita the sprout lady has a nice selection of seeds at the sprouthouse and gives a discount on 10lbs. and up.I have ordered from the sprouthouse before and the seed quality was very good.I have found better deals on bulk seeds at handypantry and nutsonline.com.The case deals at nutsonline are simply great but the quanity may be a bit to much for the average sprouting requirments.
