I want to know more about your environment.

I had chronic candida and vaginal yeast infections for a long time. My candida has now been under control for 2 years.

Two MAJOR things helped this more than diet ever did:

1. Exercise - walking, running, some sort of cardio to get your heart rate up. 30 minutes a day at least. If youdon't exercise now, start by going for walks, maybe with your dog or a friend, whatever.

2. Do you have MOLD GROWING ANYWHERE IN YOUR HOUSE?

I did. The first place, I had mold and didn't know it. IT was an apartment. Then I left there and moved up to Northern CA. It rained for 5 months straight. By that time, my yeast infections came back, as did all my candida weight gain, skin rashes, feeling horribly, etc.

Then I moved back down to the Central Coast. No mold in my house, so the fact that when I left the moldy situation my candida IMPROVED DRASTICALLY.
