Hey!

I too have Body Odor and sometimes bad breath!
It all started at puberty and when i was stressed!
I had i sweaty type Body Odor then sometimes a fecal odor.
I used to take lots of Antibiotics and ate lots of chocolate. I think this lead to candida.
The candida then releases toxins through your sweat glands(for me it started in armpits then whole body. The thing is that candida creates many allergies and food intolerance. So what you need to do is get tested for allergies and take some antifungals.

However, when you start cleaning your body and killing the yeast, this will release many toxins, which will cause more Body Odor and also bad breath (this is only temporary). Then you will start having white coated tongue and white spots or rashes on the skin (yeat coming out); this is a good sign!!! Just continu eating healthy and detoxyfying the body!

ps: for me, body odor is caused from the release of toxins through the pores. Have you ever noticed that if you do a lot of exercise and are not stessed, you smell less?
