Thank You Dr Venugopal Gouri yes I have suffered from the yellow mucus especially in the mornings for the past 30 years. The yellow wax from my first nasal irrigation was different it was like soft cheese and waxy. I have searched the internet and I suspect it was a fungus ball which look like cheese and can build up in the sinuses and can be scraped away with surgery. My other symptoms are bad anxiety, need window open all night for air, fatigue, foggy brain, unable to concentrate and poor circulation. I am 40 but have had all these symptoms for 30 years. Could all these symptoms come from a single problem? Liver cleansing, Colon Cleansing, High dose Vitamins, Supplements, ect I have tried everything.
