Wow. Great results! I'm glad to hear you stuck with it.
Your inspiring me to try the ETL again (well the best I can). I tried and had a hard time sticking to it because I live in a dorm room and can't really cook and just have a mini fridge and ended up going for convenient junky foods. I just got a slow cooker, I can plug into the wall to cook beans with. I can't really get a vitamix or all those things, in a dorm situation. So I have to figure how how to do the ETL with only using slow cooker.
