Yay Luvjoy, are you going to post a pic on your avatar soon to show us that lovely skin? Although I do love the doggy pic. How I would love to have me a husky... what kind of dog is that? looks close...

Yeah, I've done some short fasts, longest 5 days, and did 1 day a week for several months. That helped me make dietary changes.
