Congrats on starting. I had great results when I used Colonix a couple years ago and should do it again soon.

Apart from eating a healthy Diet with little meat, Sugar or fried foods - I'd say just be carefull to consume plenty of water. The biggest danger is getting constipated if you don't keep drinking enough.

Likewise it's a big of an art to steep the tea just the right amount of time. Actually I stopped using the tea when I found that Yerba Matte was doing the job just as well without risking diarrhea or possible dependance.

But these are all minor things - and the benefits are huge. Good luck!
