Zapp, You make a great point. But I doubt any of us is digesting very well. What have you done to improve yours? I assume it has helped? I have tried digestive enzymes numerous times over the years and I do not tolerate them. The hcl burns my innards to pieces. The only thing that helps at all is my sauerkraut. Thank God in heaven for that.
