I think you have to reiterate that you had EC along with lots of other things wrong with you, sounds like you are/generally messed up and EC is happening becuase your body a mess.

Post's like these are dangerous for someone who has EC and is healthy, doing what you have done could be extremely dangerous.

Just a warning to people.
