Indeed! The sun power is going to much better than that puny little CFL I got going. which I suspect will also influence Brix %.


While High brix was not attainable, I was able to harvest "higher brix" wheat grass. I also found out how to grow "lower brix" using the same seeds.

Where do you recommend as a source for seeds? Do they carry stuff like that in health food store that you know of? (e.g. Trader Joe's)

Let me see what I can do about pictures. I got one tray fully grown ready for harvest right now. Tray #6 in my experiment, IIRC.
