been there and done that,

You said an interesting word in you message: INTERPRETATION!
I don’t normally read much of the texts with direct quotations from the bible, as I take them exactly as you said: INTERPRETATIONS!
Secondly I do respect people who choose to read the bible and believe what they are reading. That is everybody’s right.
What I don’t like, that every church has a man (or woman) in front of the audience INTERPRETING a text, which is already INTERPRETED!

To me, I do not need an INTERPRETER to love my GOD, or creator.
I am his, when my time is up!
