Sorry to hear that the "upside down sinus flooding" did not help you.

It sounds like your sinuses are really plugged. Were you able to get any of the peroxide/baking soda/salt into your nasal passages or sinuses, or did it just flow back out your nostrils?

Was it very uncomfortable?
