in case anyone runs across this in the future...

I have hashimotos and take a lot of Iodine (at least 50 mg/day) and fast a lot.

I no longer take thyroid hormone. That change occurred after 6 months or so.

It's been more than a year and I'm still not 100%. I believe I'm still detoxing a bit. The latest is the dreaded "liver fire". I did have my mercury poisionings removed about 6 months ago, so it's probably still that garbage coming out.

So my 2 cents is Iodine and hashis = good.
