Thanks so much! Congrats to you on your 5th day of 40! You will do well, I pray for you incredible strength and your enjoyment the entire 40 journey you are on!

But as you know... I must continue, until I really feel free in my body!

Yes I did excersize! I felt good excersing and my heart rate was up good to help my body in the process. One time I almost felt I CAN"T excersize, then I said oh no, I have a bad feeling of no desire to do a thing, plus it was getting to me emotional too. I stopped and said, "God I need you, you have to help me now!" I had that extra divine boost in a couple of mintues and I was happy again. I excersised and never want to feel that way again, mentally nor physcially.

But I will excersize much more intensily afterward for a flat stomach- I want a 4 pack- gurl I want to go ALL the way! I can't stop now!!! No way!

I have been dreaming of my fit toned shaped thinner body, and I'm going top get it!

And you will definately get your body of your hopes and dreams too. I wish you well and many prayers!
