i am three years in to my iud or mirena and in this last year i have had light cycles but 2-3 times a month with cramps so bad my legs went numb the doctor said that i had coalin spasam witch i dont believe and now in the last 2 month i have have major mood changes to the point of thinking suicide witch scares me i dont cry easly normaly but cry at a look or just from sitting alone in a room and i dont know what to do i know i need to have it removed but am not ready for more kids but want the option later and i cant take any other bith control idk please any help
