Thanks for the recommendation on the other forum. I'll check it out.

I tried no Sugar for six weeks. NONE. Not even a single gram! An entirely "whole foods" diet. Nothing refined. It didn't help at all! :( I was also taking Primal Defense and was oblivious at the time that it was making things worse. After taking a six month break from it, I started up and realized how bad it made things :(

What probiotics are you taking? How many viable cells per capsule?
