I am sorry you are feeling this way. I know all too well how you feel. I have had mirena out for almost a year now and I had it in for 3.5 years. I was on emotional roller coaster for the first six months post removal, it was BAD. Things do get better eventually. My only advise is take extra good care of yourself, health wise. Eat clean, take good quality vitamins. I cannot recommend st johns worts highly enough. It really helped me to cope as I didn't want to be on antidepressants. Keep a journal, very simple, just so you can see trends. Most importantly, know that this will pass. It takes a while to recover from this evil thing, but you will recover. Trust me. Good luck.
