our sinus problems -- stuffy nose - facial pain, pain and pressure in head and gums is actually a GOOD thing.. not a bad thing (even though it sure feels like hell.. I know I lived it with severe sinusitis also for years like you.)

we become stuffed up with mucuous as a 'defense' mechanism and it is our bodies way of fighting off toxins.
