You might try warm salt water nasal flushes. Instead of a netti pot, I'm using a baby's syringe that is used for taking the mucous out am infant's nose. That removes bacteria, viruses, and dust. Also, for the record, I used to trim the hair in my nose. That was a big mistake because those hairs protect us; and every time I trimed those hairs, my nose started running. Finally I woke up and put 2 and 2 together. My allergies have vanished.
