I've heard really good things about the acupuncture-just not in my budget :-( I just reccomended to my cousin accupuncture for similiar reasons-she was on dEPO.)
The chaste tree-vitex is also a chinese herbal, so it sounds like you are on the right path. Let us know how you make out. GOOD LUCK!
