I take the tincture because I can't handle the pill capsules, they cut my stomache like a knife! I have learned that the Black-Walnut , in either tincture or pill, should look green. The darkened/ripe hull won't do the same. I also found out that taking the green hulls of the Black-Walnut and freezing them in the freezer until dried out is a good preserving measure for natural. I would do that if I could get my hands on any!!
