Hi Sandi....I'll leave Rudy to answer your specific religious/spiritual questions - he's so good at that!

But...about you asking for your guilt to leave you and dissolve - that is fantastic! I'm so glad you're using your sleep-time constructively! That's what it's there for. Just ask. If you can formulate what you want/need for your growth and transformation - then you will get it.

As for the Fear...I suspect you will do the same asking process - that's great.

A word on the Fear surrounding dangerous situations. I'd say - get rid of the Fear completely (it's not Fear that saves us in dangerous situations....Fear actually draws situations towards it - so that then we can say, "You see!? I KNEW I should have been fearful about ___!" Like attracts like.) It is Intuition that we should listen to to keep us out of danger.

Dissolve the Fear and exercise your Intuition!

*I think that the God/Spirit you're in contact with is correct! The 'name' or dogma surrounding spirituality doesn't matter....it's the feeling and knowing you have inside you about goodness, love...*
