I love this information Jessesmom1987. I am going to give it a whirl. I find that if I take a teaspoon of the solid oil I can swallow it down like a pill with cold Welches Grape Juice. I was gagging before when trying to eat it, sorry for too much info. I am also going to do a young coconut fast. Do you think this has all the properties of the straight up oil but just less concentrated? Thanks.
