I did Wilsons a long time ago through a different doctor and it was slow release, taken at 9am and 9pm but it made me much better for a while amd then I went from hypothyroid to hyperthyroid and thats when my adrenals got really bad...I wouldn't mess with that. It did me a lot of harm in the long run. If you decided to go the T3 only route make sure it's slow release and start at a very small dose like 2.5mcg. If you feel anxious or irritable or have heart palpitations your adrenals are not handling it and you need to go off and work on your adrenals more or go down in your dose.
