I am not exactly sure how a person could tell if it was a microbe or not... but to me it looks a lot like mucus. Candida is typically white from my understanding.

It could be that your body may be releasing mucus during your detox. As for the blood... it could be that where ever your bleeding from is very irritated, which would explain the mucus. Kinda like when you have a cold, and you sometimes get a little blood with the mucus.
