First you make the sole (SO-LAY) by putting crystal mineral salt in water, and waiting until they melt as much as they are going to.

Mineral salt crystals STOP melting in water when the water has become a 26% solution.

THEN...take a teaspoon of that sole solution and put it in a glass of fresh drinking water...once per day.


I really don't know this procedure well, and some say to limit mineral salts, etc...so your best bet is to read several opinions, before beginning.


I'd hate to upset anyones applecart with incomplete suggestions, if that is possible.
