I had schizophrenic symptoms when my metabolism was really screwed up.

Iodine can help, but you need a complete regimen to get to a better mental place.

You need ALOT of Vitamin C, Iodine, Vitamin D and Selenium. Magnesium would help as well.

Vitamin D And C may be the most important thing you could do. They are both implicated in schizophrenia when they are deficient.
