There is no issue with Beck's the frequency of halogens is so high that you could not make it more effective by electroporation if you wanted to. The only issue is that it could mobilize a lot of Lead which would dampen the Beck’s effectiveness.

In this forum there are posts about the time frame needed for radioactive Iodine to penetrate the entire body including bones; I believe that is 30m.
