Thanks! You can surely do a 40 day! I have 6 days left and it don't feel like 40 days was soooo long at ALL!

Well, I was shocked at the doctors scale because I had reached my goal already with only 1 pound over. But by my old stupid scale it was way off by like 25-30 pounds- sound crazy right?

So I'm thinking okay I am losing weight, but it gotta be the muscle I am gaing due to strength traing for women to shape and firm my body.

So I stopped getting on that stupid scale because it didn't make me so happy. I started going by the inches I see falling of my body and by pinching my fat on my waist etc. So I cancelled out everytime I thought I lost an x amount of weight because my crazy old scale was wrong from day 1.

So to answer your question I will go by the weight from when I first saw the doctors at weighing 203lbs. But before this I lost about 36lbs. just by eatting healthy.

So let's start from 203lbs. This is the weight I was around when I started the fast.

And on 2/10/2009, the nurse weighed me at 156lbs. Now it's the 17th of February and I know I am even lighter, but I don't have a scale!

Oh check this out, I was so surprised at my weightloss in pounds, I went on my scale to see what it say guess what, it said 182lbs,--that is really wrong! Thank God I went to the doctors or else my little spirits might have been a little crushed.

I put up some more photos but the ones in the black shirt I took of myself, sorry, the shots are too close and it made me look big- believe me I am not!
