It depends on how severe the problem is. Full blown cancer yeah, flush the liver at any age.

Most of the time some of Barefoots Liver/gallbladder Balance is all that's needed. Opens the liver right up.

His DeWormer is safe for Kids too. Seven years old? A teaspoon before lunch and at bedtime for about 2 weeks should do the trick. Then a teaspoon before bed for a couple months after that if a serious parasite infestation is suspected.
