Yesterday´s experience was really intense, I even "saw" someone in my room... I wish I were able to completely overcome the experiences, but so far I have no control over them.

I still feel afraid while I am having the dreams, mainly because of the odd feeling.

Still, after the "dream" is over, I feel completely drained and feeling very strange.

I was thinking maybe there is ergot in the food I eat, and it may be causing the strange dreams.
