I suffer with constipation as well. I started oil pulling with sunflower oil back in December 2008. It didn't have much affect at first but during the Christmas Holiday I found myself have large emissions although the bowel movements were sometimes painful.

I was practicing pulling twice a day but when I slowed down the problem returned.

I need to return to practice since it was truly the only thing that has offered relief. Now, I am back to drinking Smooth Move tea since I neglected the oil pulling.

I am also currently trying Castor oil packs which gets out some of the deeper fecal matter.
