True trapper, the only 'one size fits all' is that everyone should take control of their own health. Before finding the information about iodine, I was in such a state of utter dis-ease that I really had nothing to lose by experimenting, the fear of what would happen if I took control was far less than the fear of what would happen if I didn't. I wasn't really brave, just desperate.:)
