I know the feeling. There were some days that things were evacuating from both sides of my body at the same time; and as fast as they could find their way.

Not so with iodine. That's a long process. Too long for fungus, I think. Also, beware if you are hyperthyroid. Makes my throat feel like it does when I cry. ...but only for a short time.
