Yes I see Iodine as a long term thing but even with high doses of KI(several grams) it has been used safely longterm, though molecular iodine(I2) has to be limited like Miracle-Mineral-Supplement
On the other hand I would rather use Miracle-Mineral-Supplement very short term if I had to but if it is proven to be safe for longer term use and is effective for HIV etc then why not.
