Make gargles with Hydrogen peroxide. All the old bacteria will die and the bad smell will be gone leaving you with a clean, fresh breath.

If you only have bad breath, and it continues, probably it comes from cavities. Visit your dentist. If you have crowns, probably the cavity is under an implant.
