I did not try it at megadosage. I did not know that was required. I only know that when I would take the SSKI or the combo (Lugol's), I would still have worse nasal closure. The swelling of the sinuses, with use of the iodine, there was very little drainage. This caused a really bad sinus infection. One would think that the use of 100mg+ Iodine would not allow any infection in the body.
