Long time ago someone said "If it seems too good to be true - it probably is".
This one raised that red flag.

Sad part of the story is that the guy that said that ran a prominent chiropractic office in L.A. with 5 or 6 doctors working for him, - even did health lectures each week which were cutting edge.
He got caught up in some kind of a Ponzi scam where he invested 5 million.
Must have been everything he had because he spent the next year and a half scooping off everything he could from his practice and paid no taxes.
When he took off to Brazil the IRS was after him and the Chiropractors showed up one morning to find the office padlocked.
The guy hadn't paid rent for three months. They had to come up with 45 thousand to get in and keep the practice going.

I think someone didn't heed their own advice on that one.
