Thank you. I'm doing a lot of those things already and in fact just had a big spoonful of coconut oil on a piece of ezekial bread (broke my no-grain thing hoping for an extra fiber boost). I'm afraid I'm going to have to go for a colonic or something. I don't snack at night anymore either, and don't eat first thing in the morning.
