I'm curious at how much Mg the 7-yr old boy actually took?

What do you think about the SWF? I know the recommended salt is Sea Salt (which has other minerals besides Mg), not Epsom salt. But don't they do the same thing - drawing water into the colon? Or, is it simply more detrimental to consume salt rectally than orally?
