Hi guys, been reading alot of your post and about this new diet. Does anyone have the exact diet and how to follow. I understand no salt, read that post from Chrisb1. Plant based and beans. But I mean the list of fruits and veggies allowed and how much of each.

Greatly appreciate this. I am a 90 percent vegetarian as is and what I see so far worth investigating.
