That is good to know. Sorry I couldn't get to you and James fast enough before you two took the plunge.

Sometimes very weak and sick people will notice in a few hours after a bath that they are very tired or achey after a too strong of bath. Hopefully your amounts of ingredients and time spent soaking was just right for you.
