Im sorry to say I haven't made any more improvement since the initial improvement (WHICH WAS SIGNIFICANT). The anti-yeast diet and supplements have my tongue pretty pink but still there is strong bad breath.

I just started the oil pulling so I'm going to try to stick with that for a month or two to see if any improvement.

I used to drink chlorophyll with no help but maybe now that I'm treating the PND the chlorophyll will help too.

I'M STILL OPEN FOR OTHER SUGGESTIONS.

The last colonic I had (& I've had quite a few) the technician said my colon was not impacted and my food was digesting well.

I also had a test of bacteria, candida, acidophillus and various acids levels in my stool (Geneva labs) and everything came back normal except yeast came back a little high.
