But really, there's so much out there, that blithely dictates and pontificates, and "reports". And it's so tempting to cut and paste, in the interests of presenting all sorts of newly-sprouting (potentially) valuable information.

I do know the scene. Been there. And such articles can behave (as you know) as the "whole truth" -- until the next article comes along, with a similarly empirical-sounding statement...and "new(er)" discoveries. This alone can keep a well-meaning person busy for eons. This is not to say *everything* can't be all things to one or another person, at some point...it can. That said,

just, you know -- It's a labyrinth out there. Most of what's posted by Mercola, for example, I find to be of SOME value, (in general terms: cleansing, etc. etc.) but largely influenced by trends (in supplements) and his own vested interests in same...

You will notice, for example, that he constantly 'updates' his information, accordingly.



(on the other hand, what about a little pomegranate molasses in some water? -- or maybe a whole bathtubful :-)
