The warning is about intolerance and overdosing.

To Archus: In as much as you have done 17 flushes, you are not intolerant to ES. Intuition is certainly not proof of ES casuing kidney cysts. I found one other post reflecting on the possibility -

- but there really is no evidence of this being the cause. The only connection I could find was bladder cysts in fish and even that used Epsom Salts as a treatment not a cause.

The death warning articles referred to Epsom Salt enema given to a 7 year old, a pregnant woman adminitistered too much, but exactly how much was not disclosed, the third doesn’t mention ES at all, .the 4th it’s just in a list designating some code number assignment.

In the end read whatever supports or alleviates your fears and do what is right for you.
