On the Bob Beck forum someone recommended 60 pulses a day so that is what I did. I probably kept it up for a month or so...I can't really remember. I also did oil pulling at least twice a day. I did at least 10 minutes each time and sometimes longer. I also used this paste on my gums from here:

I can't swear it helped but I can't swear it didn't. All I know is a year later I have my tooth and no root canal and I am so thankful!
