Same thing happened to me on Humaworm. I have a constipation problem anyway so I did daily enemas which were useless. I just got more and more constipated. It was hard to finish the course but I did. Afterwards I had the worst food sensitivities for months and the constipation as before. That was six months ago.

I thought it was the psyllium that was causing the blockage. I took psyllium on its own once and got completely blocked. Some people just don't get on with it, I guess.

I am now enema dependant and trying to stop. What a nightmare this is.
